About Me

Masoud graduated with honors with bachelor’s and master’s degree in electrical engineering from Sahand University of Technology, Tabriz, Iran, in 2010 and 2012, respectivelyIn 2008 he has founded Arian Electronics of Tabriz Ltd. to provide embedded system solutions for research and industry sectors. In September 2013 he was granted a full-time scientific facultymember position in Sahand university of technology as an instructor, where he was a member of microelectronics group until September 2016. In October 2017 he has joined the chair of Microelectronics at the university of Freiburg as researcher in the field of analog-mixed signal circuit design until November 2021. After working a short while as analog circuit design engineer in Belgium, he has joined Vitesco technologies GmbH in Nürnberg as analog ASIC design engineer in August 2022, where he currently works part-time. In December 2022 he has joined the chair of electrical smart city systems as an associate researcher. His research interests are analog-mixed signal circuit design, switching power converters, analog-mixed signal neuromorphic accelerators, and renewable energies.
